Lila Soto: Exactly — and I think that's the defensible claim. Fort Worth localizes the assembly step. It does not localize the risk. Those are two different things that the ceremony kind of... collapsed into one.
Iris Holm: Which brings me to the $700 million. I mean — if financial analysts are reading Wistron's margin right, that investment isn't building manufacturing competence. It's buying optionality.
